3. Subscriptions & Billing
Plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis as described on our pricing page. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and content on the Tha platform are owned by Tha and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms or misuse the service, including through unlawful scraping or calling activity.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tha is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
